Here, we present you our itinerary for a week in Chiang Mai. While two weeks would be ideal, it’s most common for visitors to spend just 5-7 DAYS in the region.
So here you go:
Day 1: Old Town, Doi Suthep, Wat Chedi Luang, Wat Phra Singh Woramahawihan, Monk’s trail – Wat Pha Lat, Night markets (Night Bazaar, Weekend Walking Streets, One Nimman). Try Khao Soi (Northern Curry soup).
Day 2: Sticky Waterfalls + jungle trekking + explore the Old Town during the night.
North Gate jazz, markets, One Nimman, temples (they are beautiful when the lights are on)
Day 3: Full day tour – Ethical Elephant Sanctuary (BEES, ELEPHANT NATURE PARK, Chang Chill…). You can combine this with some of the tours you choose like (Doi Inthanon, Chiang Dao or Mae Wang)
Day 4 and 5: Chiang Dao (close to Elephant Nature Park). The most stunning mountain. Remote villages, jungle trekking, hilltribes, caves, hotsprings, etc…
Day 6 and 7 – Mae Wang and Doi Inthanon (Close to Chang Chill or BEES). Jungle hiking, bamboo rafting, mountain trails, hilltribe villages, rice terraces and much more.
Feel free to ask us for more info or leave a comment.
See you soon in Chiang Mai ⛰️
