Going on a group trip soon but there are some things I wanted to do which the group doesn’t and I was a little nervous I wouldn’t be able to feel comfortable doing them solo as a black woman outside my usual environment. I went to Chiang Mai recently and literally loveeedddd this city!! I did the most beautiful hike ever and saw some amazing waterfalls. I believe the name of the park we went to was the Doi Ithanon. We were so lucky because we had clear weather and most people don’t even get to experience the views like we did! But the highlight for me had to be the food here! The northern Thai folk know what they doing! Loveddd your vlog and seeing the city through your pov❤

Bangkok definitely requires at least 7 days…there's so much to do and see. But Chiang Mai has my heart. It's the perfect place to visit for a slower pace.
