just got back from chiangmai last two days ago and i remember that i passed by the roti stall. i can say there was crowds there, the big as far as i saw while in chiangmai, but i didnt noticed it got michelin. interesting.

Thanks for the explanation of the reason why Lao food is found in this region. However as a Lao food and culture advocate, I have to ask that you take some time to do more research on the culture if you’re going to make content about it. That’s the first time I’ve ever heard someone pronounce Laos that way. The resources are abundant and you have a Lao person right here to connect with if you’re so inclined.
