Having little or no debt, and enough savings to generate a life long income, not having to worry about where your food will come from, and not having to think twice about it...

Give you more pleasure and comfort than driving a nice car, and watch what people say about you at the red lights.

If most people live your life style,not only the world would be a better place, our children will also be better off, because they don't have to take care of us when we are older also.

I leaned into minimalism after age 50. It prepared me for a cost efficient retirement. I'm not a one backpack guy, but I am a 'one car trunk' guy.

I never needed 95% of what I owned as a young man. Life is so much easier with less stuff. I don't miss any of it.
