I don't think the Uncle Prakit Kao Soi shop uses the Carnation in the Kao Soi but I think they just use the Carnation in some drinks for example Thai tea with milk.

That’s true !! Thailand has never been colonized, which is why we’ve been able to keep our beautiful culture and happiness. We really have to give credit to all our Kings, whose wisdom and negotiations helped Thailand remain independent until today. Sadly, many young people don’t pay much attention to history, even though it reminds us who we are and where we come from.
We are aussie who love Chiang Mai too, we like to hire a bike and go places like Doi Sutheup and around different temples.

That’s not peanut sauce that you had with ‘kao man gai’ it is the fermented bean (เต้าเจี้ยว) base plus the other ingredients; ginger chili vinegar sugar 😊
