I'll be visiting Chiang Mai for the second time in July, but the last time was over 10 years ago so this was helpful to see what it's like now. As I've been doing Thailand research and watching tons of videos, yours is one of the best I've seen.
Wow heavy rain at night… which month was that?
From the past, I used to like Chiang Mai…Now it's unlikely. PM 2.5 dust is much higher than Bangkok and is ranked number one in the world as well. This problem is difficult to solve because the city is growing more and more people come to stay, more cars, more factories. Even if no one burns the forest, PM 2.5 is the most important from car smoke. City population will die in installments. Investors will aim to build real estate in the seaside town. more cities in the south because the air is easily circulated
honestly what would one have to pay for that coffee!? Id assume 30 baht 😅

Hey guys, it was nice to see the CM footage. My daughter lives and works there and I think is (proud dad!) the best visa agent is northern Thailand. (: So I visit her often, a couple months ago and I'm back on Jan 23. I can't wait, although I heard the smokey season came early. Anyway, I'm writing to say thanks for the video. My daughter brought me to the Jing Jai Market for coffee and lunch. A very nice relaxed place. I wish you continued success for your channel. You are both so nice and relaxed and genuine.
