Haha, Italians love Khanom Jeen Nam Ngiaw. It's Thailand's version of spaghetti bolognese – soup of pork ribs, sweet tomatoes, chicken blood cubes, fried garlic, bean sprouts, pickled greens and I like to eat it with a side of pork rinds. It is sooooo delicious. You could tell from his stunned reaction after his first bite. I went to Thailand with one of my good Italian American friends and he was blown away by it too. Easily my favorite Thai dish.
