  1. If anyone is visiting Chiang Mai during this time, we apologize if you encounter a lot of garbage bags scattered around, many items left on the roadside, dust, dirty areas, or the inconvenience of shops being closed. Chiang Mai has just experienced the worst flooding in 50 years, and the city is working hard to clean up. It is recommended to stay or travel outside the city center for a better experience.

  2. Im going to be visiting for a week in the middle / end of November.. next month 😀 im going to go to w new market every single day and the weekend market is love vendor food lol

  3. Such a helpful video, thank you. So glad that the night market business owners are getting back on their feet. My hope is that those who had to close will be able to reopen for the busy season.

The floods were so devastating in/around Chiang Rai and Chiang Mai. My heart breaks for the many who lost their homes and everything in them. You just have to start over life, and many of those people were not young…
