  1. Noodle asserts the existence of something called a nood. Those things that are rectangular should be called noods. They are like noodle progenitors.

  2. Well you missed a lot of Thai noodles. Mostly you have to travel around Thailand. Since they grew up and developed on they on in their area. Such as Sukhothai’noodles Kampheangphet’ chicken noodle and so on. Also in Esan . Southern eastern they have their own noodles. You must check all before claiming the word “all” but no worries even Thai ppl also never have their all too😅

  3. 17:53 This dish is everywhere in Central, Northwest, Southwest of China, in summer we eat in cold with salt, vinegar, soy sauce, chile oil, garlic water,etc. In winter, we fried it with similar sauces mentioned before. I think it’s a dish originated from China and spread out to the neighboring countries.

    By the way, most of the Shan State was governed by Ming and Qing Dynasty of China. Lots of ethnic groups who are now living in Shan State can also be found in China. It’s quite natural that the Liang Fen dish was introduced to Shan State in the past hundreds of years.

  5. Kuay jab in Thailand, the one with crispy pork belly, offals, and the peppery broth, is actually Teochew in origin. The Yunnanese brought similar rolled rice noodles to northern Thailand, but the dish’s name and signature flavors come from the Teochew Chinese.

  6. For noodle dishes, try a RAW one first, then add the flavors you like. Thai food is some kind of a free-style flavor food that you can design your own flavor.

  7. Thai food in general is simply poetry at its best. The deeper you get the more addictive u r to it. This country that are known as kitchen of d world deserved the highest ranking title in every aspects coming❤️❤️❤️
