Bill I have been watching you for a while now. I go to Chaingmai every winter. I stay behind McDonald's at Kamalas Guest House. Phae Gate
I'll be back again in October and I'll buy you lunch 😊. I usually stay 2 to 3 months, thanks for the update and I certainly don't miss the burn season 😮

I spent a month in Thailand at the end of last year looking for a nice place to retire. I went to four areas and checked out the shops. If you are worried about the quality of ingredients then stick to names you know. I found "Jolly Rancher" and "Oreo" brands in the shops.

Hello Bill. I used to live right around the corner from Sompet market about 10 years back. It was nice to see it again (the beginning of your video). I was in the same situation as you, snoozing in my recliner when the earthquake hit with my wife running in to tell me to go outside. The house shook a bit and the car danced in the driveway. Fortunately that's all that happened. Glad you're doing well!
