Its really a lease 30 years , You vant never have equity,
There are still pretty large regiojns of the US where you can get a house this size and with some of the ammenities for the same ammount of money. If you are comparing to NYC or LA this is a good price but compared to other parts of the US this just does not seem worth the hastle.

I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for…
To much
He said "I like to Netflix and chill" ๐คฃPeople should not use language they don't understand. This was a helpful video though! Gave me an idea of what I'll be looking at when I start looking for property to buy in my mom's home country.
Extremely expensive house prices โฆ for something you canโt own.
This video is a total waste of your time.
Lovely home seems expensive Im guessing the agents are taking a large chunk of that that .
Very expensive. Better put land under company and pay shareholders yearly and a % upon sale.not nominee thatโs not legal grey zone
Build with locals source materials you self. That is very expensive for Chiangmai in a complex.
Built ok maybe. Not even built. Way to pricy
Why are you pushing Western Greed. These real estate companies will ruin Thailand…
I wouldnโt take a dump in chaing mai
rent only!
The last unit I would like more info on and what is the tenant needs as to move out?
Venga Salva Reina, que te hemos pillado
I have a house for sale in Phrae, Thailand. $150k obo. I will send pics and info if you are interested.
The places looked great, but that city wouldnโt be on my list.
Totally land locked and real estate not much cheaper than the US.
Love that you can get places furnished
May we have the name of the building for the last property you showed?
Thanks for another great, informative video, Jon. I stayed in Nimman area in November, and liked it a lot. Very up and coming, lots of boutique shops and studios, a feel of innovation in the area. I felt the only drawback was being in the flight path of CNX airport.
But foreigners cannot buy house & lot, isn't it ?
The reason it's so cheap in Thailand is because few people want to own property in a hot, humid, corrupt, 3rd world country.
this is not a video for cheap charlies but cheap charlies fill the comments this is for people with wealth
I offer for last condo 120000 euro
๐ Has any govt taxes been included in the starting prices unfurnished and are foreigners allowed to own land and property in Thailand? What about estate agents fees?
