Around the 10th of January i saw that sweet home coffee is empty but also the house next to it and at the back there was a pick up truck of some building company and a man checking out some stuff. Probably going to put down the houses and put something new there?

She is so adorable, I hope she finds another place, I haven't been able to see her lately, the last two times I was going there it was so busy I couldn't get in to sit down. I'll have to try to get there before she closes.

Is your camera scratched or dirty? The last few vids, there's a couple of blurry sections on the lense.
Sorry to hear about your beautiful wife, she is such a nice lady. Arthritis is a build up of oxalates in the joints and tendents. Under a microscope they look like tiny little shards of glass clumped together. They cause inflammation and a lot of pain. Maybe research if what she's eating have to many oxalates. Or it could be another autoimmune disease that is causing the build up because her body can't get rid of them naturally.
I had all sorts of bad arthritis including rumatoid and osteo, but l went carnivore and sorted my hyperthyroidism out and got rid of the arthritis as well. That's probably a bit extreme for some people, but there's other ways to approach it.

There was a meeting in BK Thursday on alcohol sales law. In early December they will scrap the afternoon sales ban. Sales will be allowed from 11 am to midnight.
Tough news on Lek. My brother in NM was just diagnosed with RA in April and it was a sudden onset. He is going back and forth to Mass General in Boston trying to get a handle on it. Seems like a lot of guess work involved. Good luck.

One thing to understand with an autoimmune disease is that you are susceptible to get other autoimmune diseases over time. This should be communicated by the doctor every time auto immune disease is diagnosed.
Nevertheless, just a friendly comment, I would look into an elimination diet to determine what’s causing inflammation of the body. It’s not easy for some, but determination is key. FODMAP elimination diet and keto are options.
Probably the faster most direct way to put out the fires of inflammation is with fasting.
I’d like to mention two blood tests that are used to check inflammation. hs-CRP, (high sensitivity, C-reactive protein) and ESR, (erythrocytes sedimentation rate) just in case.
Sorry to hear about your wife’s RA because being chronic is awful.
