  1. People saying he's living "shitty" in comments just literally do not get it…..lol

What you call a "good life" is not the same for everyone on Earth. Shocking I know. This is the same psychology that sees sooooooo many travelers coming to nations like THAI, CAM, VIT, etc and looking down on these people because they dont live with access to your modern conveniences. But what are you without them? What are you with out your Arbitrage? lol Fix your corrupted mindset before coming to Thailand please. It is a cancer to a great people there.

  2. there's a big difference between living cheap and living well. living like this is 'just getting by'. fuck that. eating small shitty meals and staying in a shitty tiny room. you're what the thais call farang key nok 🀣

  3. Hi @nickgoesasia this is amazing content, really helpful. I'm from Colombia and I'm planning travel to Thailand on October. Can I book an apartament online in Hermes Inn? If so, could you please let me know the website πŸ™ thank you

  4. This is amazing information. Even if you live above $300, these tips are golden if you're trying to save money. I love how the information also has you ACTUALLY interacting with the locals. I love it. Great job!

  5. He's spot on I live in a smaller town 1 and half hour from Bangkok paying literally 120 for rent I even made a budget video on my channel love the video as always nick

  6. I've been planning on moving to Thailand from the US for over 2 years now, and I'm really glad that you made this video. It shows that you can live comfortably with far less than originally planned for. As a transgender person, I feel that I will be a lot safer, happier, and more accepted over there than here in the US.

  7. Beautiful, won’t be long I will be there. Can’t wait to escape Melbourne and all the aggressive people. No more 3 layers of clothing or sitting in gridlock traffic for me.

  8. I don't believe all of the things that I see in videos on YouTube.
But there's gotta be some positive truth behind why so many American retirees choose to live abroad, especially so many living in Thailand. And majority of them seem genuinely happy living in Thailand.
    Americans love to complain.
And if majority of them are saying nothing but good things about living in Thailand, that means it really is nice to live there.

  9. very nice video πŸ™‚
Is 3 GB a month enough for you? Wow
Or are there enough Wi-Fi hotspots or a Internet connection in your apartment?

  10. π™Έπš πš’πšœ πš™πš˜πšœπšœπš’πš‹πš•πšŽ πš‹πšžπš πšŸπšŽπš›πš’ πš‹πšŠπšœπš’πšŒ.

  11. Weekly food stock less than $5 that's insane, especially when the fruit is better there than anywhere in the west. In Japan I go broke buying fruit, that's the negative.

  12. Hi Nick, very very good video, thank you. I am in Western Australia, in my younger days I played football for a local Serbian team, good people. I went to Chiang Mai for a week a couple of years ago, nice place. But Khanom in southern Thailand would be better for me to live. I love the beach. Just subscribed.
