This is an excellent video for someone to get an idea of what to do and where to go. You should definitely visit some elephants and invest time to go to Wat Ban Den you could combine both of those in one day trip add a stop to the insect Museum in Mae Rim and you'll have a perfect day

We stayed there for one month and we got sick with the pollution and also the high content of glutamate in asian foods. They are cheap but unhealthy for your health. Not going back
